- 4pm-5:30pm – Parent orientation
- 6pm – Welcome dinner
Friday, August 9
- 9am-12pm – Student Orientation Session 1
- 12pm-1:30pm – Lunch
- 1:30pm-5:30pm – Student Orientation Session 2
This will be the ideal time for parents to take their AIMer(s) out to dinner, take pictures, say goodbyes, etc. during this final evening together.
Saturday, August 10
- 9am-12pm – Student Orientation Session 3
- 12pm-1:30pm – Lunch
- 1:30pm-5:30pm – Student Orientation Session 4
